Giorgos Botis was born in Vachlia-Gotrynia in the Prefecture of Arkadia. He graduated from the Theological School of the University of Athens, the Panteio University and the Law School of the University of Thessaloniki. For ten years he worked as Monitor of Minors at the Juvenile Court of Tripoli, Pireaus and Athens and at the same time served as a professor in private secondary schools. He was then appointed Lawyer to the Legal Service of the Church of Greece and is offering his services as Legal Council to the Holy Archbishopric of Athens. He has an active law practice with a private office. He is also involved with journalism. Many of his articles have been published in newspapers and magazines. His special interests are Church Law, literature and poetry. His published books combine his thoughts on the law with his religious education.(πρακτορευόμενα)
